FreeSweeps is built to need as little of your data as possible. The short version: no accounts, no profiles, and the claim checklist never leaves your device.
What stays on your device
The claim checklist uses your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us, not synced, and can be wiped at any time with the Reset button or by clearing site data. We do not send checklist contents to analytics.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted Umami service to measure canonical page paths, token-like campaign labels, external referrer origins, device categories, pageviews, and allowlisted interactions such as outbound clicks and claim toggles. Checklist contents, submission contents, free text, raw query strings, destination URLs, and account details are dropped before analytics is sent.
A per-site pseudonymous session identifier is made from transient network and device signals and rotates every week. The analytics database does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings. It keeps device, browser and operating-system categories, country and, for U.S. visits, state or region. It does not collect city or precise location. Analytics records are deleted after 13 months.
We do not sell or share analytics data, use it for targeted advertising, enable session replay, identify you, use fingerprinting, or join your activity across our sites.
What you submit
Anything you send through the submit form is treated as a correction tool, not a marketing list: submission fields, a timestamp, and — only if you choose — a contact address. We ask you not to send account numbers, IDs, banking information, private offer tokens, or documents, and submissions containing them are discarded.
Cookies
Umami does not set analytics cookies, and this site sets no advertising cookies. No analytics consent banner is shown.

Privacy questions can be sent through the submit form (choose “correction” and put PRIVACY at the start of the details).
